Urgent notification from superiors:
The Luoyang electric power supply companies, in accordance with the requirements of the orderly electricity consumption meeting at 19:00 on Oct.14th,2021 chaired by Henan Province Development and Reform Commission and the provincial electricity companies, put forward the following requirements.
1.At present, the electric power load of the whole province(Henan) has further increased, and the stock of electricity/coal continue to decline. The Provincial Development and Reform Commission and the provincial electric power companies require that the whole province begins to use electricity in an orderly manner from 00:00am Oct.15,2021.
2.Luoyang city will start the orderly electricity utilization from 00:00 on Oct.15th. The orderly electricity consumption index is the limited electric power. The statistics of orderly electricity supply execution will start tomorrow. The factories in Luoyang start orderly electricity implementation as required(the limited electric power is 50% of current electricity load).
3.The Provincial Development and Reform Commission with the provincial electric power companies will dispatch the supervision team to supervise the factories who are unqualified on the implementation of electricity, every factory must be strictly accordance with the limit.
4.For the factories that refuse to implement electric power rationing and their used electric power is beyond the standard, the electric power supply companies may take compulsory blackout measures, and at the same time report it to the relevant government departments.
If there is any steel locker related inquiry, please confirm earlier or place the order before Christmas to avoid delivery delay.
